However, in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a indoor sauna from any of the three proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and will have no further force or effect. The sauna must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date. Freight charges to and from the customer are the responsibility of the customer. This includes freight charges for parts shipped to allow operation of the sauna.
